indifferent staff

absolutely terrible experience. the front desk staff were practically invisible, and the room was dirty with a broken shelf in the shower. how could i, a discerning guest, not receive a complimentary upgrade after such hardships? i almost considered a good review, but just couldn't! hot and cold water in the shower? what a joke.

Perfect location and great value. The staff was super friendly. I loved the top floor room with a beautiful street view, especially during the thunderstorm. The nearby store is really convenient for snacks, and I booked fun day tours easily at the front desk. This was my second stay here, and I’ll definitely come back! 🌩️

I recently stayed here for 7 nights in a deluxe king room, and I loved how the shower was really nice and provided great water pressure! The cleanliness could use some attention, though, as it felt like the bathroom floor needed a better deep clean. I'd definitely choose this place again for the value it offers.
